What Is A Kitchen Renovation?

With our kitchen renovation service, we utilise the current units in your kitchen as these usually don’t need to be replaced. We replace all the cabinet doors, drawer fronts, panels, cornice, multirails and plinths (kicker) in your existing kitchen – basically everything you can see when the doors are closed.

How Long Does A Renovation Take?

It normally takes 3 weeks to get made to measure doors from our suppliers, then it will depend on our order book.

Once booked, depending on the size of your project, our kitchen renovations can take as little as 4 - 6 days to complete. We will discuss the timings in detail when you place your order.

What's The Difference Between A Renovation And A New Kitchen?

The reason most people use our service is down to budget and with a kitchen renovation the cost is much less than the cost of a completely new kitchen.

With most kitchens the current carcases (units) are still good and as it’s the look of the kitchen that you want changing there’s no need to rip everything out and start again, it’s just a cost that’s not necessary.

With our kitchen renovation service we simply replace your kitchen cupboard doors, drawer fronts, panels, handles and worktops. The end result will be a kitchen with a fresh new look, at a more affordable price.

The aditional benefit of a renovation is that there is much less mess and it’s a much quicker process to complete (usually 2-3 days).

With a new full kitchen, we would take everything out and start from scratch with new carcases (units), doors, drawers, worktops and all the related items you require. New kitchens take a lot longer to fit from start to finish and you can be looking at a week to 10 days to complete a fully fitted brand new kitchen.

If you would prefer a completely new kitchen, we can help with that too.

Can I Change The Layout Of My Kitchen?

With our makeover service it is still possible to change the layout of your kitchen. If there’s a certain unit you want to remove and say replace with a tall unit this can be easily done without having to remove all the other units at the same time.

The simple answer is Yes. If you’re looking to start from scratch and install a completely new kitchen, we can help with that too.

Yes, we can. As part of our kitchen makeover or full kitchen services we can supply a large range of worktops to suit your requirements.

Can You Change The Handles?

Yes, we can. If you choose to go for a kitchen style with handles, we have a large range of handles to choose from. Existing handles can be used if you prefer, which will also save cost, however we suggest changing the handles to match your brand new kitchen style.

Yes, if you’re looking to upgrade your kitchen appliances too we’ll be happy to help you. Whether you’re looking for a new oven, microwave or dishwasher, we can source from pretty much any manufacturer and will work with you to find the ideal appliance for your needs.

If you choose to go ahead, we ask for a 50% deposit to book your job in and the the rest is payable on completion.
